Synteras wins a new contract for scanning and imaging services in support of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). The end user of this solution is the Veteran's Administration. The Synteras solution is a stable, scalable technology infrastructure and a business process that empowers Regional Offices to process even the most complex health claims more efficiently. The Phase II architecture will enable the scanning of 600,000 images a month. Synteras, along with our partners will field test the infrastructure in an environment that allows the employment and refinement of best practices and results in a claims process more responsive to the needs of our nation's military veterans.
