

Jay is a leader and innovator in business transformation consulting, with a proven track record managing large, complex programs for Federal & Commercial clients. He has 20 years of multi-functional, multi-industry technology experience, including more than a decade of executive management. Jay’s expertise is in Transformative Process Optimization, Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management. He is passionate about enabling organizations to deliver the outcomes promised in enterprise transformation initiatives.
Previously, Jay served as CEO of RollStream, where in two years he grew the Enterprise Community Management company from concept to one of the top 100 supply and demand chain vendors (selected by Supply and Demand Chain Executive magazine in 2008). RollStream was also recognized by Gartner as a ‘Cool Vendor in Platform and Integration Middleware'. Jay raised more than $10M in outside investment and in the first year of product release acquired Fortune 500 customers like Walgreens, Tesco, McKesson and Tyco. Prior to RollStream, Jay served as COO of Comter Systems, where he helped grow the small services firm to number 10 on the Washington Technology Fast 50 firms in 2003. Before Comter Jay served as Practice Leader at PriceWaterhouse, leading ERP application consulting for various Fortune 500 firms. He grew the PriceWaterhouse ERP practice to $300 million, and a number two ranking in global ERP revenue.
Jay holds an M. S. from George Mason University with a focus on Management of Information Systems. Jay has been a featured speaker at the Chamber of Commerce and Forty Plus of Greater Washington and has been profiled in The Washington Post and Washington Business Journal.

Steve has over 20 years of experience in information technology operations, business development and program management. He has managed many successful IT infrastructure contracts, including a 300-person support contract for an Intelligence Community customer. Steve brings breadth and depth of hands-on IT experience as well as proven business leadership as seen in his roles at previous companies such as Trident Data Systems, Veridian, and General Dynamics. He has spent his entire career providing solutions for the nation’s most critical needs in the DOD and Intelligence Community.
Steve earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Mathematics from the California State University, Long Beach, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Marymount University. Steve also earned his Service Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management based upon the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) from the Loyalist College of Applied Arts and Technology.
